Spinach Juice Bun

Ingredients
- flour Moderate
- Spinach Juice
- yeast Moderate
- 1 g Baking Soda
- 1 scoop lard
- 1 scoop White sugar
Instructions
- Add 1 spoon of sugar and yeast to freshly squeezed spinach juice and dissolve.
- Add an appropriate amount of flour (add baking powder to the flour and mix well first), then add a spoonful of lard and knead the dough.
- Knead it repeatedly until it becomes a very smooth dough, cover it and let it rise for 20 minutes.
- Knead the dough into 2 steamed buns, cover and let ferment again.
- Steam for 15 minutes after the water boils, and then open the lid 3 to 5 minutes after turning off the heat.
- The steamed buns are green and soft (the color is slightly lighter after steaming).
