Banana Cranberry Ice Cream
The ice cream is made of ripe bananas, and the light yellow color gives people a very gentle feeling
Ingredients
- 200 g Whipping Cream
- 2 yolk
- 1 banana
- 50 g Dried cranberries
- 25 g Granulated sugar
Instructions
- prepare the whipped cream, milk, egg yolks and fine sugar; use cooked chives.
- Put granulated sugar and egg yolk into electric cooking pot
- Melt the granulated sugar over the lowest heat, stirring constantly to allow the egg yolks to mature through the heat.
- Chop banana into small pieces and mash them with a spoon
- Mix banana paste and egg yolk paste evenly
- Put the egg yolk banana paste and whipped cream into the ice cream mixing bucket
- Place the mixing barrel in the ice cream machine, cover it with a lid, select the "ice cream" function, and stir for 60 minutes; after stirring for about 15 minutes, pour the chopped dried cranberries into the feeding port
- A big bucket full of banana cranberry ice cream, much cheaper than buying it
Notes
1. Although there is only one banana, the weight of the banana flesh is more than 200 grams. Because ripe bananas are sweeter, you can use less granulated sugar or adjust it according to your taste. Milk can be added or not.
2. Bananas can be replaced with other fruits.
3. Chop the dried cranberries to facilitate distribution in the ice cream. It is not advisable to add them too late to prevent uneven distribution after the ice cream is formed.
4. Put the leftover ice cream into a container with a lid and store it in the refrigerator.
