• Prepare materials, Peel the apples, Transverse slice,
  
• Use a grinder to remove the middle circle
  
• Beat the eggs
• Coat apple rings with a layer of flour
• Then coat with egg wash
• Coat with bread crumbs
• Heat the oil to 60% hot
• Fry the apple rings until golden on both sides
• Place on oil-absorbing paper to remove excess oil
