When I got home and looked at those blackened ice creams, I had an idea and made this Banana oatmeal ice cream, which I don’t know if it is original.

Banana oatmeal ice cream
Ingredients
- 2 banana
- 360 ml yogurt
- 90 g No-cook oats
- honey Moderate
Instructions
- Mash the peeled bananas. Add the no-cook oats,
- Pour in yogurt. After mixing well, add appropriate amount of honey
- Cover with lid and place in the freezer.
- Take it out and stir it every two hours (or longer, I stirred it three or four times in total).
- When eating, take it out and let it sit at room temperature for a while, stir it, and then scoop it out and eat.
- You can eat it directly like this. You can also eat it with jam, it is quite delicious.
