Ingredients
- 2 orange
- 1 egg
- 120 ml pure milk
- 1 spoon white sugar
Instructions
- Prepare two good-looking oranges đ (preferably thinner skinned for easier ripening)
- Cut the lid and carefully scoop out the pulp.
- Prepare pure milk 120ml and 1 egg
- Beat the eggs thoroughly (with small bubbles) âPure milkđ„â1 spoon of sugar and stir (â ïžYou donât need to add too much pure milk. If you like sweet taste, you can add more sugar)
- Pour the stirred liquid into the hollowed orange (â ïžDonât pour it too full~)
- Place the steam rack, cover the pot, and boil the water over high heat for 8-12 minutes. â ïžSome egg liquid will overflow during cooking. You can use toothpicks to fix the junction. â ïžThe bottom of the orange will collapse.
