Ingredients
- 40 g Low-gluten flour
- 1 egg
- 18 ml fresh milk
- 30 g butter
- 22 g sugar
- 2.2 g Baking powder/baking powder
- 12 g pure cocoa powder
Instructions
- First, beat the eggs with a whisk, add sugar, and mix until completely dissolved. 2. Add fresh milk, and stir until completely homogeneous. 3. Then add butter. (First dissolve the butter in hot water/heat it in a microwave until it dissolves into a butter solution), mix well
- Use a sieve to add low-gluten flour, baking powder and cocoa powder, mix well until there are no lumps
- Preheat the electric oven for 2 minutes (until the red light comes on) and apply a little oil on the baking sheet
- Put the powder slurry into a zipper bag, pour it into the mold (100% full), cover it, bake for 4-5 minutes (until the surface is golden brown), and let cool
Notes
All ingredients must be thawed at room temperature in advance to avoid separation of egg yolks and fat, which may affect the crispness of the donuts.
